Terms & Conditions PURE IMKOTA® - DEEP FLOW MASSAGE®:

1. Registration and Payment

a. Registration for the course retreat is final upon receipt of the deposit payment of the course fee.
b. Payment of the remaining balance must be made within the period stated on the invoice or as mutually agreed.
c. In the event of late or non payment, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the registration without further obligation.
d. Discounts and special offers apply exclusively to new bookings and cannot be applied retroactively to existing reservations.

 

2. Cancellation and Refund

a. The deposit is non refundable.
b. In case of cancellation up to 50 days prior to the start of the course retreat, 50% of the total course fee will be refunded.
c. In case of cancellation between 50 and 30 days prior to the start of the course retreat, 30% of the total course fee will be refunded.
d. In case of cancellation within 30 days prior to the start of the course retreat, no refund will be issued.
e. In the event of cancellation by the organizer, for example due to insufficient participants or unforeseen circumstances, the full amount already paid will be refunded.
f. In case of a date change requested by the participant, a rescheduling fee of €350 will be charged, provided the change is possible.

 

3. Program and Changes

a. The program of the course retreat may be subject to change. The organizer reserves the right to adjust parts of the program if this is deemed necessary for the quality, safety or flow of the retreat.
b. Any changes will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.

 

4. Health, Responsibility and Liability

a. Participants are responsible for their own physical and mental health during the course retreat.
b. Participants are required to inform the organizer in advance of any relevant medical, physical or mental conditions, injuries, pregnancy or other circumstances that may affect participation.
c. In case of doubt regarding participation, participants are advised to consult a physician or specialist beforehand.
d. The organizer reserves the right to adjust or temporarily suspend participation in (parts of) the program if this is deemed necessary for the safety or well being of the participant or the group.
e. Participation in the course retreat is entirely at the participant’s own risk. The organizer is not liable for injury, damage or loss of personal belongings, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
f. Participants are liable for any damage they cause to the property of the organizer, the accommodation or other participants. Any costs for repair or replacement will be charged accordingly.

 

5. Accommodation and Meals

a. Accommodation and meals are included in the course retreat arrangement, unless stated otherwise.
b. Accommodation is shared with other participants. All participants are expected to treat the spaces with respect, care and consideration, so that the environment remains calm, safe and pleasant for everyone.
c. Any dietary requirements or allergies must be communicated in advance. The organizer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these, but cannot guarantee that all requests can be met.
d. Participants remain responsible for avoiding ingredients or products to which they are allergic or intolerant.

6. Conduct and Group Safety

a. Participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout the course retreat.
b. Any form of inappropriate, disruptive or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.
c. The organizer reserves the right to exclude a participant from the course retreat in such cases, without entitlement to a refund.

 

7. Intellectual Property – Pure Imkota® | Deep Flow Massage®

a. Deep Flow Massage is a unique method developed by the organizer, arising from personal experience, vision and years of practice.
b. All elements of the course retreat, including but not limited to techniques, structure, content, atmosphere, language, teaching methods and materials, are the intellectual property of Pure Imkota and are protected by copyright.
c. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, share or use this content for commercial purposes, personal courses, workshops or programs without prior written consent from the organizer.
d. Participants agree to treat the work with respect and to safeguard the integrity of the method as it is intended and transmitted.

e. Participation in the course retreat does not grant the right to teach, reproduce, or commercially use the Deep Flow Massage method as one’s own course, training, or educational program without prior written permission from Pure Imkota.

 

8. Image and Media Use

a. During the course retreat, photos and videos may be taken for promotional and informational purposes, such as for the website and social media.
b. By participating in the course retreat, participants grant permission for this use, unless stated otherwise in writing in advance.

 

9. Privacy

a. Personal data of participants will be handled with care and will not be shared with third parties unless necessary for the execution of the course retreat or required by law.

 

10. Force Majeure

a. In case of force majeure, including illness of the organiser, extreme weather conditions, war, pandemics, government measures, travel restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances, the organiser reserves the right to postpone or cancel the course retreat.

b. If the retreat is postponed, the registration will remain valid for the new date.

c. If the participant is unable to attend on the new date, a suitable solution will be discussed together.

d. Participants are advised to arrange their own travel and cancellation insurance.

11. Applicable Law

a. These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
b. The course retreat takes place in Spain; local circumstances and regulations may apply during the stay.
